Relaxation through Organic Soothing Aromas

Changing the scent in your home to suit your mood is one of the reasons I started creating my own room scents. Over the past few years, I have begun gravitating towards the more relaxing and calmer scents found in nature as opposed to the artificial ones that I have LIVED by for so many years. That and I am allergic to everything, guess that that comes with age. My taste as well as what I want in terms of spells in my home has also evolved.

 I want to be fully in the moment when reaching out to my audience, giving realistic advice that meets the times that we are in when speaking about relaxation. There is nowhere to be whisked off to enjoy a mini-vacay, there isn't even a guarantee of peace during the day......all day, and for most of us NO END IN SIGHT! Just the thought of saying that out loud is scary and anxiety and depression inducing. But now that we recognize what is happening to our bodies, we can begin to start the mental healing. Now more than ever we have to make time for that 15 mins for ourselves to gather ourselves. 

That is where our SELF-WELLNESS comes into play. It could be 1 am in the morning when I get a chance to sit in my chair by the window, spritz my room scent and light my candle! And we all have to takes steps to support each other to make that happen. Just having Lavender and Sage in your home can bring on calming and therapeutic vibes. I want my product to be one of the steps taken towards achieving the scenery and atmosphere desired by my customer, and that is why I focus on the aesthetic as well. They go hand and hand for me.

 I must have the "pretty" with the "quality" if you know what I mean. Fresh and organic are important as well, knowing where and what you are bringing into your home and that is why I have chosen to source the best, often taking the harder route to ensure the pureness of the product.I look forward to our conversations on what it means to gain or obtain relaxation during COVID-19, until next time.
